A fun technology to use ton your classroom is Class Dojo! This allows students to play games create their own avatars and create graphs that help teachers too! Class Dojo is such a fun and unique tool that I have used in my teaching experience! #UNLtechedge #teaching

#UNLTechEdge I think teachers should use canva’s new whiteboard feature as it is a great way for students to use technology to enhance their learning! They can work collaboratively and use a variety of different templates! There’s even a timer to help them keep their work pace!

Pear Deck is a great way to get students involved in the lesson by allowing them to submit their own answers to be viewed by you as a teacher from their laptop/tablet. One great idea with these is to choose one with work shown to share with the class! They love it! #UNLTechEdge

One tech tool that is great for the elementary classroom is GoNoodle! I have seen in my practicum classrooms that kids love this website. It's a great way to get kids up and moving! It can be used for a brain break or it can be used for fun education! #UNLTechEdge

A technology resource that I think is great for the classroom is Screencastify, it allows students to explain their assignments when written language is not being graded. I also love ClassPoint for quizzes or study tools in the classroom! #unltechedge

Quizalize is such a versatile technology! As an educator I am excited to use this technology in my classroom. All I have to do is input a quiz and the technology turns my quiz into games! #UNLTechEdge

I love jamboards as a tech tool to use in my classroom! It allows students to work in google drive (which they are often familiar with) and also allows them to share their ideas with the class while also releasing the pressure of having to publicly speak! 💻 #UNLTechEDGE

Readlee is a tech tool used in classrooms to allow students to record their voice while reading assigned passages and gives back prompt feedback on their pronunciation and fluency! In addition to English, Readlee supports Spanish, French and German, great for EL! #UNLTechEDGE

One great technology resource for teachers, especially 1st year, is TeacherTube! A place where educators can watch lesson plans in action, classroom inspiration, and so much more! #UNLTechEDGE

Tract is a great way to get to know your students and let them explore and create their own content. This platform allows you to create a classroom and post "challenges" for the students and when completed they receive coins as a reward. #UNLTechEDGE

Using tools like FlipGrid, EdPuzzle, or Screencastify are ways to make digital learning more interactive and help students stay on task when completing these assignments, both inside and outside of the classroom! #UNLTechEdge
