Richmond Calls For LGBTQ-Inclusive Homeless Shelters
Richmond City Council approved a resolution Monday night, calling for the city’s homeless service providers to enact policies that affirm people’s gender identity and sexual orientation.
Although this was meant to be in person, celebrating the Virginia Values Act via Zoom with 100+ volunteers who made it happen was the best way to end a Monday! Looking forward to celebrating with these fine folks in person when it’s safe for us to do so! #vavalues #valeg
