This is extremely disappointing from @ViCustomerCare. I ported my number from Jio to VI expecting better service, but I’m not even getting proper 4G service or data in J&K. Despite complaining last month and assurances of resolution, the issue persists. resolve ASAP! #VIService

@ViCustomerCare when you are aware that service cannot be provided at the registered address of customer, why do you provide connection. Can't you inform that we have poor network there & our service would not be that great. Worst #Viservice @JioCare has much better service.
