#ClimateChange is affecting both temperature and the impact of pests and diseases on our food crops. It's important that governments adopt strategies and policies that strengthen the systems to fight pests and diseases. It is already a key focus of our members. #WeeklyCOCERAL

Trade and #ClimateChange are closely linked: OECD estimates are that 1 in 4 to 1 in 5 of every calorie consumed is traded. Global food markets can help by moving ag products from areas of surplus (where they can be produced with fewer emissions) to areas of need. #WeeklyCOCERAL
