I wouldn’t bother with @Hermesparcels They have had a parcel of mine since 26/11/20. And one for my daughter that appears to be on a bit of elastic as it keeps bouncing back to the depot. No response. They do not care. Worst possible customer service. #WhereIsMyParcel

So my parents sent a parce from Spain to the UK on the 9th Dec, left Spain on the 12th 6.30am, it’s stuck in some place in the UK system since and we are still waiting @Correos @parcelforce when we will get the parcel? It has been more than a month waiting. #whereismyparcel

Such a shame @MatalanHelp use @Hermesparcels to deliver. I've never had a good experience with Hermes and it seems their track record continues as my parcels being kept by them. If there was an award for shit service, Hermes would win it hands down 🤬. #WhereIsMyParcel
