Upcoming changes The new Google Maps and Photos icons will be updated; the old icons will now be available as alternative icons. The default Microsoft 365 icons will now be the ones without text, and the old icons will become alternative icons. bit.ly/EatosApps
Office for Windows is finally catching up with the glassy icons Macs had a quarter century ago.
Microsoft has cooked with their new icons for the 365 Suite, and I cannot wait until we hopefully see this design language more present within Windows. If Windows 12 looks like this... it may very well just steal the crown from MacOS 26 as best-looking Computer OS.

With all the focus on AI, is it really that hard to keep Microsoft PC's working, at least not devolving? After this last "update" my taskbar icons look like this. How could this be missed? Doesn't anyone at @Microsoft actually use your products?
And I'd like to see those good old icons back :-)
