#GNC Takeover of #BAKK going ahead. I'll give it a little bit of time but most likely I'll sell in the market and roll the cash into another stock.
#BAKK upgrades it’s expectations for the year which is good to see Profit pre tax to be at least £89.4m However the cost of its debt is “full year interest charge to be c.£28m, assuming UK base rates reach c.6% by the end of 2023” That’s a fair chunk of profit gone👀

#BAKK quite a weird one, but in a very pleasant way. Takeover by #GNC on a Shares plus Cash basis was agreed with a theoretical price of 200p. Since that GNC shares have gone up and BAKK in tandem. I want to dump BAKK but at the moment enjoying the rise.
The point is that I want to ditch #BAKK , but I'm trying to time it reasonably well. Of course partly depends on what I want to divert the cash into. #HighClassProblem
#BAKK had a decent few days (presumably likes Starmer's EU Surrender 'deal') and is now above the theoretical price of 200p from when #GNC Takeover was first announced. Cos a mix of shares and cash, it's a play on GNC shares now.
