The new @NIBEEnergy S2125’s in operation. I believe these are the first two in the UK. As you can hear they are very noisy, ugly & obviously incapable of heating this large country house. And replacing the 40kw Oil boiler will have no benefits for anyone.

My famous 2013-era low-carbon heating system never really worked properly, and in July a flash flood knocked out the fuel cell. Nathan @betateach brought @_heatgeek and @swebster56 over to see if they could sort it out. The verdict? 😱🤡🤣🤯 - time to rip it out and start again!

This #betateach #heatarchitect is surely pulling our leg. These things, I keep getting told, do not work. We are even told this by heating industry organisations who really need to sit back down and learn the physics of heating rather than concentrate all their learning on sales
Well my 1970s semi is currently a cozy warm 21*c running 35*c flow temp while my Vaillant is sat outside wrapped up in it’s snow blanket doing just fine sipping away at just 1200w of power atm.

Damon is very good Phil. He is one of the #betateach #heatarchitects and part of the hive mindset. I have written about him a few times in the the trade media too. And just as QC's and barristers are a bit more than the average solicitor. These engineers are worth every penny too

Top #betateach engineer with his first GSHP install. Meanwhile... with boilers a friend who was a news desk editor at @BBCNews had 3 new boilers in 15 years as they broke @TWGerken
My first ground source installed 14 years ago, 3 x 12kW Calorex cascade. This pic was in 2015, tracing a fault to one units dashboard controller, which had to be replaced (about 30 quid). Other than that it’s just been regular maintenance👍

I remember my cousin showing me these @WAGOglobal a few years back. Here meeting @WAGO_Sarah at @PlumbExpo. As @garydungar mentioned a few weeks back these have plenty of applications within the #plumbing and #heating industry. Look at that pot. Love em #betateach #talkofthetrade
