Spent a half hour watching a Bald Eagle in Rock Creek Park today. Dozens of pedestrians and #bikedc paused to watch. This was just north of Boulder Bridge. There’s an active campaign lobbying NPS to convert this stretch back into a highway. We can’t let that happen.
