Gestern Abend im #Gym. Hier wurde neulich angezweifelt dass man mit 25 Wiederholungen Muskeln aufbauen kann. Kann man. Die meisten Sätze mach ich mit 20-30Wh. Kontrolle, mindmuscle connection & Pump sind dann besser. Alles Wachstumsfaktoren. Ne starke Woche euch💪💖 #Bodybuilding

25 reps - effective for muscle building? Yes. Important is to go to or very near failure & hit the muscle 2-3x per week. I mix 8-10, 10-20 & 20-30 rep sets. Mostly 15-25reps. Best control, mind muscle connection & pump here for me: growth factors. #bodybuilding #muscle #gym
