Once I get access to our @TalktoBPI account, we will definitely move to a different bank. 1 week issue still not resolved, changing mobile number involves calling and filling up a FORM (O.M.G in 2024). #boycottBPI

I AGREE. I have a lot of bad experiences, too. Napakabagal. Very inefficient. Hindi pa friendly ang ibang tao sa bank nila. Idk why sila pa partner ng ibang company. Ugh #BoycottBPI #NoToBPI
BPI is officially the WORST bank in my opinion. My card got charged 17k+ last Feb 5 and I didn’t even use my card EVEN ONCE that day kaya nagtaka ako bakit may charge. Sa mobile app nila hindi mo makikita kung sino yung merchant, compared to other banks na makikita mo na agad dun
