"Every European institutional LP should have a few geo-focused (pre)seed VC funds operating in CEE in their portfolio" says @michuk "as those funds will be in cap tables of the emerging CEE unicorns". #CEEVC #ceevalley

"Estonian startup ecosystem transitioned to English as the main language a while ago" says Stan Ivanov from @TeraVentures as he believes other CEE markets need to make that transition asap in order to bring in talent. #CEEVC

"As pre-seed CEE funds we need to become an attractive location for top founders from Ukraine, Belarus so that they set up their companies in Poland or Estonia instead of London or Delaware" says @dianakoziarska from @smokvc #CEEVC

"The further you go east the bigger the problem. And the bigger the problem, the bigger the opportunity" @mateidumitrescu #CEEVC

"In Estonia founders start the pitch by telling all the bad things about the product". That's part of the reason why Stan from @TeraVentures believes that the first-time founders from the region don't stand a chance in closing top global pre-seed VCs. #CEEVC
