CodePipeline/CodeBuildがイマイチな理由は、開発者体験（DX）が良くない点だと思う。単にCI動かしたいだけなのに、IAM使って、S3使って、CloudWatch Logs使って、って、面倒臭すぎる。 #AWS #CodePipeline #CodeBuild

while setting up my AWS CodePipeline! Was trying to print the branch name in the logs during a CodeBuild step, only to find out CodeBuild standalone doesn’t support it natively. Had to integrate it with CodePipeline to get branch name output in the logs. #AWS #CodePipeline

💫Bonus: ¿Y si solo quiero hacer despliegues simples? Si tu equipo tiene un flujo externo de CI (como Jenkins o GitHub Actions), podés usar solo #CodeDeploy para hacer el rollout. 👉 Pero si buscas control de punta a punta, #CodePipeline te da visibilidad completa.

Ej: Desplegar una app web en EC2 ☁️ #CodePipeline: Fuente: GitHub Build: CodeBuild Deploy: #CodeDeploy (usa un AppSpec.yml) Ventaja → Ver todo el pipeline desde un solo lugar, y automatizar la promoción entre entornos 🛜.

🔧¿Qué es #CodePipeline? Es el orquestador de tu flujo CI/CD. Define cuándo se ejecuta cada etapa: build, test, deploy. Ejemplo: 1⃣Push a GitHub 2⃣Ejecuta tests 3⃣Despliega a staging 4⃣Aprobación manual 5⃣Despliega a producción Todo eso, orquestado con CodePipeline.
