But if you change the hardware, that doesn't fix the problem ,either. The actual problem is that the processor tells these people that their hardware does not match their software. The fix is to correct the programming in the processor.

I would update bios see if it helps with your stability <download.msi.com/bos_exe/mb/7B2…> see if there is any c-states you can disable to see if it helps with performance but watch CPU temps
Your CPU is from 2017, so that's probably a huge chunk of the issue (not to mention that'd also limit RAM speed and possibly other stuff you're using like the GPU)
Try turning off fast startup, drivers can cause issues with it where RAM doesn't get cleared properly because of it. See if it actually speeds up startup as well, for me it slowed boot times.

After lots of experimenting I think I’ve traced my computer problems to my graphics card, at least, if I force the card to underclock by about 10% everything is stable. It’s a GTX 980 Ti and even at 10% penalty it’s still fast enough for most things, but maybe a new GPU soon.
