Isn't it funny when we (CPPs) are told we need to practice "mindfulness" and engage in artistic pursuits, to "mitigate" our pain. If all those things worked, I wouldn't be in PAIN - because I've been doing all that shit for 50+ years.#CPPWarrior
As someone with CRPS for over 15 years this is the absolute truth. I’d never have been able to be present in raising my son as a single, disabled mom.. were it not for my opioids, and even with some days were a struggle… still are, and always will be. #CRPSsucks #CPP #CPPwarrior
