Spent 4 hours debugging code only to realize Windows caches icons by filename. I literally had to write a script to kill Explorer just to see my new logo. The indie dev life is 10% coding and 90% fighting the OS. 💀 #buildinpublic #electronjs

Building a native bridge between Electron (JS) and C# (.NET 4.8) is... an adventure. 😅 Issue of the day: spawn works differently in production asar archives vs. local dev. Had to write a multi-fallback path resolver just to find uiabridge.exe. 🗺️ #electronjs #dotnet

Spent 4 hours debugging why my app icon wasn't updating on Windows. Turns out Windows Icon Cache is immortal. Had to write a PowerShell script just to kill Explorer and nuke the cache database. The things we do for a lightning bolt logo. ⚡️ #buildinpublic #electronjs
