I think most people see this has been allowed, even facilitated. You see more people angry at the government for letting it proliferate and with some thing’s the establishment make money from it. However people are being maimed killed…. We can’t just allow it to happen and…
Enabling this shit is literally rooted in fucking facism and preying on the vulnerable and yet these people want to call EVERYONE who wants to nip that shit in the bud a fascist.
In today's battlefield, being prepared enhances lethality, which in turn drives success. #sustaintheforce #Readiness #ReadinessMatters #Lethality #apply
if you host a party and someone there gets roofied and you do nothing to help them after and do not take any actions to find the drugger (there were security cameras) and prevent them from coming to your parties in the future you are putting people in danger. that is enabling.
I'm sorry but I just think the obvious point of this sort of rhetoric is to provide a permission structure for violence
Enabling stops us from: -taking proper care of ourselves -having healthy boundaries and limits -meeting accountable and capable people -meeting "equals" people who gives and take -seeing how much we're betraying ourselves in the process
This creates enabling. Enabling happens any time we remove someone from the natural consequences of their actions. When we enable people we remove their agency.
The professionalization of every form of violence has left ordinary people thinking that there is such a thing as nonlethal violence this leads them to simultaneously downplay criminal assaults (which often kill/maim people) & overreact when "less-lethal" tactics hurt or kill
Harm reduction is not enabling. It meets marginalized people where they are, gives folks who use substances touch point w/ healthcare system, reduces costs (from HIV, Hep C, OD) & leads to referrals to treatment when they are ready. We need to ignore negative narratives.
The necropolitics of empire that continually finds new ways to create suffering to maintain control will be overcome. The more violent the state becomes the more the masses will lean on each other to enable our full humanisation. We will continue to create a better world

There must be no amnesty for conflict killings. State impunity has compounded the harms of state violence. This footage from Bloody Sunday is a shocking example #NeverGivingUp

License to kill
