Yep! Old, outdated & when new builds are delivered to occupants will Code Violations the cost to repair is way more. Building to Code shouldn’t be an option strong legislation & oversight needed to stop rogue builders delivering defective products #healthandsafety #EnforceTheCode

Oh! Where’s @SteveClarkPC ah! Yes he resigned. His role included protecting occupants of NewBuilds that’s what his Building Code is for but instead he chose to favour his donors/ developers & 👉🏼 at municipalities.He was the head at the time not the tail. #onpoli #EnforceTheCode
