Today's progress: Now the 3rd party remote server returns #gbxml and openstudio OSM files to the web app so the user can download them.

Here is the topologic data after automatically cleaning a dirty revit model through a script not through manual intervention. This resulted in a clean high-quality and inter-connected model with embedded information ready to be converted to #gbxml and analyzed.

IfcCostItems are definitely on my list. I'm not sure if space boundaries is the best way to go. That depends on the simulation software. I would prefer to have an analytical model for this, like structural models. Something that corresponds to #gbxml.
