Many implications- one major issue is 30% of hospices are unrated in terms of quality. Unrated due to small size and new. We need some way of evaluating quality from small, mostly for-profit hospices popping up all over. #hapc2023

We routinely seek exemptions from policies that restrict our vulnerable patients’ access to HPM care (e.g., DEA’s proposed telemedicine rules). But do we back up those exemptions with supportive evidence? Shouldn’t policy be a wide-open area for HPM research? 🤔 #hapc2023
