Great to be out in Ely for the by-election yesterday with hard working District Council Leader @AnnaBailey_Ely & Cllr. Bill Hunt. We increased our vote & there was real anger on the doorsteps about a blanket 20mph across the city imposed by the Lib Dem County Council
