I would disagree. I thought #iOS9 was overall pretty stable. For me at least. I had an #iPhone6 at the time. The worst version of #iOS for me was hands down #iOS11. So buggy, and I know many of my friends that had a #iPhone5S at the time complained big time over bugs and speed.

Got my hands on this brand new iPhone 6s which has never been activated. Running iOS 9.2 and 16GB Sadly it has activation error. I was going to rename setup.app but since it’s brand new I’ll leave as is. I have 2 others activated. #ios9 #iphone6s #jailbreak
