Earlier I cooked some chicken w/fresh mushrooms, onions and some fresh greens. They were delicious as usual. But the highlight was the homemade cornbread made with teff, eggs, yogurt and sour cream. We were out of milk. The chemistry worked well. Fluffy. 😊 #iCook
