Full immersion. Set all of your devices in the language you want to learn, search a word in the dictionary in that language instead of searching for its translation, if you want to learn about a certain topic, read articles or watch videos in that language, and so on.
the method is you actually use the language. if you read the accounts of the 'immersion' methods, it just amounts to creating situations where you'd have to use the target language, but with training wheels. tutors prompt you to write or speak. that's it

As for immersion, watch/read/listen to media in your language of choice in your off time and even take opportunities to study it in that form occasionally. I don’t recommend anything too too advanced though if you’re a straight beginner in the lang. Have fun with it tho!
