Been toying around lately with the vmac feature on the #keepalived for my #HighAvailability #raspberrypi setup (as you can see works great!). I find it strange that the VRRP Interface gets an IP address from the DHCP server for some reason. I can't seen to disable that behaviour.
#keepalived 2.2.0 is out. This release bring a bunch of new features and extensions. It targetted corner cases and resilient handling. This is a major milestone for us ! please consider upgrading, this is the fruit of hard stabilization and non-regression effort.

Je cherche du contenu sur du #HAproxy vs #KeepAlived en tant que #LoadBalancer L4. Je vois pas mal de solutions avec un combo des 2, mais comme KeepAlived sait faire le LB L4, je me demande quelle est la plus-value de HAProxy (à part le fait qu'il sache faire du L7).
#keepalived 2.2.8 is out. This release brings improvements and fix some minor issues reported. It add some new VRRP and BFD features as well.
