Serious information? Something we think is funny? Or a mixture of the two? (Our content writer is keen to develop incredible niche Jamstack / #leanweb jokes...)
Obviously, this bloke has no concept of the #leanweb or why it's important. If we have developer mentors/teachers advocating that new devs don't need to understand the base workings of a web page, much less the web itself, it's no wonder we have so many bloated sites that can

Not enough people know how to build sites this way... I interview tons of kids from boot camps and they either don’t know, lack context, or feel it’s the old way of doing it. Somehow because SPA Frameworks are more complex / add structured it makes them better. Want #LeanWeb

I'm unintentionally a member of the #theleanweb #leanweb I have literally zero active interest in major popular libraries. My personal needs have none of them included
I'm been learning React lately so I'd use Gatsby (react components, file-based routing, other cool Gatsby things) but I'm all about that #leanweb so I feel bad generating all this extra js just for a static blog site... So I'm also not sure!
Not there yet with the #LeanWeb @ChrisFerdinandi
coronavirus.data.gov.uk is a static site, fetching and displaying remote data. It is also a 100% client-side JavaScript React site. dracos.co.uk/made/coronavir… is 238K vs 770K (basics) on load. I've removed about 550K of JavaScript. It seems to work the same.
