Today we closed out our 23-24 'Elite Lion' program. I am inspired by the 16,173 workouts our Lions completed November-May. Below is our kids with the most workouts (top 25). I couldn't be more proud of the work the entire building put in. #ManyProgramsOnePride #EmbraceTheProcess

Multisport athletes! Loaded field at the FZE invitational. Javion Braddix took 5/20 in the high jump, Maddox Grimm 5/20 and PR'ed in javelin and Brysen Spears won the triple jump. All 3 got after the weights during the day and freaking performed at the meet. #ManyProgramsOnePride
