Atleast take the damn #microhomes concept and trial a floor-by-floor concept rollout to GET PEOPLE LIVING IN THE CITY AND REASONABLY. Folks can be in town complaining about lack of square footage, but THEY'LL BE AROUND TO ACTUALLY SPEND AND SPEND MORE.
