Compared MLA-30's bias-tee against a Mini-circuits and there's absolutely no difference in noise level! In both tests, used a power bank to avoid the switched ps noise. Really happy with it (considering my urban noise level and antenna's price tag) #hamradio #mla30 #magneticloop

Thar she blows! 1 meter diameter wire element on the #MLA30+ strapped onto a pool cleaner pole about 20 feet up. What a huge difference it has made. Need a better mast solution, and perhaps a flat bar element. This is a temp setup. #hamradio #rtlsdr

Just spent the last hour and change putting my MLA-30+ in the attic. It doesn't actually perform much different than it did in my bedroom, its just out of the way now so I don't bump into it. It was kind of a PITA to put up there, not gonna lie. #mwdx #amdx #mla30


*It seems to favor the high-z port. *My longwire likes port B now :P Overall, I am not blown away by it. I thought it would help but it actually doesn't. I know the loop is working, it just doesn't seem to have much gain. #mla30 #loopantenna #mwdx #amdx #swling #swl
