This code requires 16 nodes on this cluster to run. I currently have access to 8, so I’m going to work with half of my data until I get this code completed written. Teaching myself #mpi and #mpi4py on the fly has been quite the experience.

#mpi4py is great, but sometimes tracking down errors is tough. Had error with argparse namespace that deadlocked program without any error. That was a tough one.
