We also provide an interactive viewer to demonstrate the practicality and speed of our optimizer. In fact, every example in the paper was generated entirely within it!

We demonstrate the effectiveness of our optimizer by fabricating various shapes before/after optimization. Our method consistently reduces deformation, preventing the octopus chair legs (top-left) from collapsing to the floor or the flamingo wineglass (top-right) from tipping.

The truth is that optimizing for numbers often means optimizing against the user. You design flows that increase activity instead of satisfaction. You measure friction instead of trust. In the end you get growth, but you lose intention.

The optimization rule is straightforward - put static content first, dynamic content last. System prompts, instructions, examples → Beginning User-specific queries, variables → End This applies to everything - text, images, tools, structured outputs. They all need exact…

I don’t think there’s a single “most optimized” form. There are infinite possibilities, and it all depends on what you optimize for. I’m also not sure we even know what we truly want yet, because what we want probably still has to be invented. I'm working on it 😄

As a solutions architect, optimizing AI for real business impact is both art and science. This image breaks down the essential strategies: context optimization vs. model optimization.

The furthest I can optimize is using constraints to project the maximum resource requirements over time for properly constructed software. We can distribute time-compensatory mechanisms throughout software in alignment with the edge cases to enforce regular timings.

This is not a rhetorical question. I am trying to find counterexamples.

Optimising for AI means focusing on clarity, structure & verifiability. Use clear headings, bullet points, FAQs & concise answers to long-tail questions. Avoid ambiguity & prioritise facts, credentials, recent statistics & guest quotes. It’s important to keep author bios seen.

Optimisation is never optimal. The likelihood of you getting the optimal outcome from any particular endeavour is very low. If you get to 80% of your desired outcome, just cash out. Because trying to achieve the next 20% will cost you more than you hoped. The optimisation trap.

📚 Word of the Day: Optimize Optimize means to enhance or refine practices, processes, or systems to achieve better overall efficiency and results. Example: A startup can optimize its workflow by streamlining meetings and automating routine tasks.

Every system hits constraints. Compute hits memory bandwidth. Networks hit latency. Storage hits IOPS. The constraint determines the bottleneck. The bottleneck determines architecture. Optimization means identifying the binding constraint and loosening it. Then finding the next…

optimisation is the last thing you do when you have to do something : 1) question the requirement (does this really need to be done?) 2) question the steps required (is this step essential?) don't optimise what shouldn't even exist
