Ah, you've spotted a pattern we saw in lots of urban areas - indie site operators who invest and spruce up the pub all get hit - static offers tend to be left - basically penalise entrepreneurs or anyone daring to do something different. Regards
Pubs are not exactly being helped by our government’s- part of our communities- they are going everywhere due to being taxed out of existence- people can’t go out as they have to pay their ridiculous energy bills this time of the year - country is in a mess
Known fact that pubs (a part of hospitality) have not been making money on beer sales for years. It’s why traditional pubs that served beer and alcohol and basic pub grub started closing. It’s also why many turned to gastro, relying on margins elsewhere to prop up beer.
