Risk-based testing means focusing QA where failure would have the biggest impact. By ranking features by likelihood + impact, teams find defects earlier, protect quality, and use resources smarter. #RiskBasedTesting #QA #SoftwareTesting #Tech

Agreed, even designing is dangerous, *at most* it should identify abstract patterns of potential novel pathogen design. x.com/recursifist/st…

"Any data anywhere has the potential to be everywhere" given today's cyberrisk & frequent breaches (also possibly poisoning model training data). Further, this approach creates the risk of exploitation - exposing a novel pathogen with pre-designed vaccines/medicines. 🧵

This risk-first framework brings institutional-grade discipline to restaking while preserving user flexibility.

Shared risk makes the whole design way more aligned

Risk isn’t binary It’s a design choice Every strategy expresses a view on volatility, exposure, and tolerance, even if it’s unintentional.

The real risk? Not seeing it. Every project faces hazards — but scattered spreadsheets and disconnected data make control harder than it should be. It’s time to bring structure, speed, and visibility to safety. Swipe to find out how. #HazardManagement #RiskControl

Risk-aware design turns engagement into meaningful skill growth.

this is what happens when you actually design with risk in mind, not just hype cycles

This design really taps into familiarity and skill-based risk

⚡️ UI design tip - Decrease usability risks Many of my design decisions are based on risk. The risk that someone could have difficulty using an interface. In this example, we’ll fix elements that pose a potential risk to usability using practical UI design principles. 1/4 🧵

Calculated #RISK is where you have decent idea about what is the “cost” of the risk, what is the “probability” of you winning, and what is the “reward” you will reap in that case, before taking the risk.

Most "risks" aren't actually risky. If you view the result as binary, many things are highly likely to fail (cold email, asking for help, posting a blog post, starting a business). But the process is almost always valuable. Learn to view things as opportunities, not risks.

Reframe "risk" as "giving yourself a chance". Every risky decision you avoid is a chance you don't take. Risk is rooted in fear. When you frame a decision as risky, it's not really because it's not a good decision, but because you allowed your emotions to take over.
