I'm in #Latvia a country that is progressively trying to eradicate the use of #russianlanguage Meanwhile @kajakallas from neighbouring Estonia tells us we should learn Russian, while that country restricts it's use. Yet, I've met many in Riga who still speak Russian. Puzzling
