North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper announced that $30 million coming from the "American Rescue Plan" will go toward repairs to North Wilkesboro, Rockingham, and Charlotte. North Wilkesboro last hosted a Cup race in 1996, and Rockingham last hosted one in 2004. #NASCAR
