Unfortunately, we all go around with scripts in our minds. A script is a collection of expectations about how events will unfold and how we should best respond to them - built up out of the worst moments of our childhoods and our most immature and frightened deductive reasonings.

How to write your future into existence 1. Write down how grateful you are for the life you want as if you’re already living it 2. Don’t set any deadlines, just focus on the feeling of achieving what you want 3. Do daily actions that will help you get there
Another Scripting Method to Manifest: Write a diary entry in the present tense, from your future self. Write as if what you’re trying to manifest has already happened & you’re in that moment. Express gratitude, that is the vehicle for your manifestations to come to fruition.

Scripting is writing out scenarios as if they have already happens or you’re already living in what you’re wanting. Now what I do is, I would either create a playlist with songs or I will find one on YouTube with lots of lyrics about money or success.
