Finish off chest day by targeting the whole chest.👌🏻 Perform 10-12 reps of incline & decline push-ups then max out on regular push-ups.💪🏻 Make it harder by adding in #archerpushups. Although I can’t recommend that.🫣🤣 The pump is real. The burn is real-er! #stevedawsontraining
