#Taxicode do not use this company. They left us stranded going to the airport at 6am and despite contacting the immediately we have not received a refund! Repeated contact gone without reply and support portal gives no support. Appalling!!

DO NOT USE #taxicode one booking was cancelled at last minute, second booking which I wanted to cancel they charged 90% of the fee and kept almost £200 of my money. The terms and conditions are outrageous and customer service is non existent.
#taxicode If you're an operator don't sign up to these crooks! I cancelled a booking because after their fees of £61, which aren't explained, made the job unviable. They then charged my card £157.66 for cancelling it.

@TfLTPH Being off gave me the change to look at #taxicode a Dutch based company who claim that drivers are PCO! ( Not TFL)In one case when checking a company they are struck off many more are not TFL. The law must change. Bad reviews for Taxicode too @ProDriversGMB #changenow
