Here’s a fun little experiment I did from October 11 2018 - December 3 2019. For about 14 months, all I did was throw more frequently with higher volume and intensity, and started lifting heavy. If you want to get better at throwing, throw more.

Try this drill if you’re having trouble staying closed. Uphill throwing is a great way to force your trunk back, allowing the pelvis to fire first. We’re using a jumpback to load his hips. He has a 12oz ball in his glove to keep it engaged & on-line. @FlatgroundApp
