win 11 渲染慢主要是他们强推 wpf/xaml，而 wpf 本身就是一个比较慢的东西，不但冷启动慢，平时渲染也慢，有人做过对比，绘制同样的东西 wpf 渲染帧率 260 fps，而 qt 是 460 fps，比 wpf 快一倍：
