Worse is #Comcast #Xfinity automated telephone system which is run by an idiot ... if you don't have an answer for their specific questions they send you to the #XfinityAssistant who doesn't do very well at all since they are overseas anyway. #VirtualAssistant is worthless
Do not get @Xfinity Wi-Fi they take your money then cancel your service and give all types of excuses no to give your money back…. @XfinitySupport is not even helpful at all not to mention the completely useless #xfinityassistant @bbb_us please get them comiting fraud in #swfl
Tried using the #XfinityAssistant from the app and it tells you to call the number which then tells you they can't help. 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
How I hate @Xfinity! 3 days of trying 2 activate box,no tv. #xfinityassistant says U must B customer 2 use troubleshooting. 3 agents later still no service. How I hate Comcast! Take Ur box w/U when U move but ur service stays at previous address. @FCC Comcast needs ur attention
