Shapiro is not a defenseless man who needs folks to fight for him. He’s the most powerful man in Pennsylvania who is an incredibly skilled and gifted orator who is fully capable of standing on his record and justifying his decisions.
Why didn’t he take this moment to apologize for the blatantly racist article? Because he’s not sorry, he’s annoyed. The world now knows that not only was he in the IDF, but that he shares their values. He’s mad that we know and it could end his shot at VP.
