Everyday it baffles me how complete arseholes in this industry continue to work. Genuinely. I’ve been doing this job for 6 years now and every day I try to impress everyone I meet. Yet the way some people treat runners/researchers etc like dirt AND STILL GET JOBS. Unbelievable 🙄
