Update: after two days of travel on @SW_Help in 2020, I’ve now racked up 84 minutes of delays. How is this either acceptable or worthy of increased fares? Absolutely disgusting. @transportgovuk @grantshapps
So far this year I’ve made two journeys into work. Total delay time so far = 65 minutes. Incredible work from @SW_Help
Huge lack of surprise on faces throughout the station as it turns out the @SW_Help network is completely fucked for the first proper day of commuting this year. And still the fares rise...
First commute of the year and I’ve already had to run to catch a train I was 10 minutes early for because those @SW_Help cretins announced a platform change as the train was pulling into the station. Why does this happen? Why heap even more stress onto your customers?

Hi @SW_Help any idea why the 08:48 Woking to Clapham hasn’t been on time once since the start of the strikes? Not one time. Shouldn’t it be easier when there are half as many trains running? Asking for thousands of people.
