Thank you @AvantiWestCoast for deciding not to cancel the 12.29 train from Wigan. This has helped me to not be too late, albeit I will still miss my connections. Could have been worse so thank you!
First experience using @AvantiWestCoast Terrible so far. Major delays at Wigan and now I’ll miss my connecting trains, turning a 4 hour journey into an all day journey. And you wonder why people don’t use public transport? #disgrace #avantifail
