We have at least 8 carjackings a day. Not including hop-ins and theft from stolen auto. I'll be back reporting tomorrow it's just crazy how so many cars are jacked daily. It's the new norm here in the DMV. Today a 15-year-old was charged with 6 carjackings and 2 robberies!!!!!

Good morning DC. 36 carjackings this month/year. 14 carjackings in the past week including 5 yesterday. Last year, the DC Council decreased penalties for carjacking and this year, the crimes are increasing.
