Here is the new fullscreen video player UX for Meta Quest Browser that is currently rolling out. Honestly a massive improvement. One quirk is that the environment dimming slider doesn't seem to work in passthrough, might be a bug though.

I forgot to mention that #Quest browser 28.1 added support for #WebXR Meshes and support for semantic labels for meshes and planes. Semantic labels will tell you what the plane or mesh represents in the real world (ie plant, window, wall).

We launched this first for Quest Pro last year, I'm really proud of the team for pulling off being able to bring this to Quest 2 users! Being able to quickly look up a game tip or message friend while playing VR is awesome.
My wife calls Apple's HEIC image files" HVAC files" and I'm all about it.
Airdrop is the best tech, the 5% of the time it works right away. The rest of the time it’s 20 minutes trying to make it work followed by finding an alternative way to transfer.
Note to future self, don't start a Google Doc thinking you can just "convert it later" to Microsoft Word.
