Decision makers in K-12 education should be required to spend one day working in each of the programs in their districts, both as a teacher and a paraprofessional. How can you make decisions in good faith if you don’t legitimately know the day-to-experiences of your educators?
My dad is a lifelong Republican. He lives in TX. He entered last night undecided. He just texted to say that, even though he agrees w/ Trump on a lot of policies, the debate showed him that he cannot hold his nose & vote for him. There are a lot of voters like my dad out there

I received this letter from a farmer in northeast Kansas. His wife is ill and he is aging. He sent me 1 of 5 N95 masks he has from farming to pass on to a doctor or nurse in New York. This is humanity at its best. I share his letter as inspiration.
