And in all honestly as a valued customer I would like to know who you are going to rectify our unpleasant stay at Formby Hall, which it meant to be a relaxing break away, but caused us nothing but misery. @formbyhall
Was highly disappointed the whole leisure facilities was shut pool, sauna, swimming pool! As this was in the price we paid @formbyhall
After being humiliated & spoken to like a child we went in for our 55 minute treatment as a treat for her 21st birthday, we were met with a 25 min treatment! Bare in mind she paid for 55 mins, because the therapist was late dealing with unhappy customers @formbyhall
Was bewildered how she can speak to customers the way she did looking down her nose as we complained instead of rectifying situation. Other customers behind us was no happy either @formbyhall
Order drinks to room waited over an hour for them. Then to top it off has spa booked & leisure facility’s.. guess what pool shut!! No warning no good will gesture. Then time for our treatment was served by a really rude lady who had no customer service skills at all @formbyhall
We booked rooms for same date same time same room we was charged £15 more? We went to bar for birthday drinks no ambience at all no music no heating waited for half hour to be served so decide to go back room to keep warm.. heating broke @formbyhall
I have come home from my stay dissapointed highly deflated & that was supposed to be my friends milestone birthday has been ruined by lack of service, terrible customer service, & completley ruined our stay. From such a reptuble company such as yourselves. @formbyhall

Wow every person who followers me retreat this . Its disgusting a young lad should not get bullied like this . How this stuff still happens is beyond me . I brought my children up with respect and dignity this is so so wrong .
