So yesterday was a productive day: Christmas cake & few batches of 2 completely different cookies baked! ๐ช My family's Christmas cookies & rugelach cookies (which I always make according to @IsaChandra recipe๐๐ป). Now, I'm ready for Christmasโ๐๐ค #vegan #plantbased #Christmas

How I'm thankful to yesterday's me for making this dinner for today๐ All I had to do is cook the spuds (which I did quickly in microwave!). Melt in your mouth #vegan jackfruit bourguignon๐ฑ with steamed potatoes & gherkins to give little sour kick๐๐ป What's for dinner at yours?
Pumpkin pie spice oat bars ๐๐ฑ Only 3 ingredients (pumpkin puree, oats, maple syrup) & spices, that's all! ๐ No oil/fat! Turned out really nice๐๐ป hoping there'll be some left for my lunch box for the week ๐ค๐ป๐ #vegan #plantbased #veganfood
Trying new #vegan festive "sausage" & cranberry wreath from Aldi. Says "serves 8" on the box, yeah right ๐ it's perfect dinner for 4 + some side veg. Verdict: it's fine, sausage/cranberry mix has some bite to it which is nice. Still in my freezer mushroom & squash version to try
